"More Fun With Directions" is skillfully crafted to offer an enjoyable method to enhance listening skills, directions following, color recognition, spatial concepts, auditory memory, and auditory processing. From basic instructions like "Turn on the lamp" to more complex requests such as "Can you spot a musical instrument with black and white keys? Place it behind the couch," this app offers a progressive learning experience for your child. The game features vibrant artwork and animations set against a clean white backdrop, ensuring an immersive gameplay without visual distractions. Engaging sound effects and surprises maintain interest throughout. Suitable for toddlers, preschoolers, or any young individual looking to practice direction-following through listening or reading.
Noteworthy features include toggling text on/off for reading vs. listening practice, customizing specific concepts, and selecting desired difficulty levels (easy, intermediate, advanced).
One notable feature is the "Superstar Direction," providing an opportunity for additional practice in retention ("What was your task?") and expressive language. The child's responses are recorded and played back. Superstar Directions present spontaneous questions at random intervals but can be disabled if preferred.
Privacy Policy: No personal data is collected from users or utilized for ads. Performance data related to user tasks within the app remains self-contained and is not transmitted externally. The app excludes any in-app purchases. While there is an iTunes store link to other applications requiring an internet connection for viewing, a parental gate ensures restricted internet access.
